    Denver Luxury Home NeighborhoodsThere are many great Denver luxury home neighborhoods, and when relocating to this area, you will be able to find one that meets the needs of your family and lifestyle.  If you are looking for culture or history or parks or shopping, there is something for everyone.

    Highlands – This community is located northwest of downtown and has had tremendous growth recently.  It is home to many trendy restaurants, bars and shops.

    Uptown – Uptown is one of Denver’s “hippest” areas with lively restaurants, chic shops and a progressive vibe.  The Denver Zoo and Denver Museum of Nature & Science are located here in City Park, along with miles of jogging and biking paths.

    Golden Triangle – The Golden Triangle neighborhood is home to eight Denver museums.  It is a culturally rich area and has art studios, specialty stores, hip restaurants, and coffeehouses.

    Five Points – This is one of Denver’s oldest neighborhoods, and has many blocks of Victorian homes and new housing developments.  This area is known as the “Harlem of the West” for its jazz history.  This area is north of downtown.

    Lodo / Larimer / Riverfront – This area has experienced revitalization and is now one of the liveliest areas of the city.  It has one of the largest concentrations of Victorian and turn of the century architecture in the country.  Coors Field is located in this neighborhood, and there are many restaurants, coffeehouses, sports bars and brewpubs in this area.

    Cherry Creek – A great shopping district, Cherry Creek is home to over 320 independently owned shops, boutiques, galleries, restaurants and spas.  The Cherry Creek Shopping Center is also located here, with an additional 160 brand name stores.  The area includes outdoor cafes, local bakeries, and beautiful public art.   A 22 mile bike path connects downtown to this neighborhood.

    Old South Gaylord – This is one of Denver’s oldest shopping and dining districts, and it has a distinctly laid-back atmosphere.  Denver’s favorite park, Washington Park is located here.  It includes two lakes, formal flower gardens and offers paddle boats and bikes to rent.

    Capitol Hill / Congress Park – The Colorado State Capitol is the anchor for this beautiful neighborhood full of historic mansions, alongside newer condos and apartments.  The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is also located here.  It was the first basilica west of the Mississippi, and where Pope John Paul II celebrated World Youth Day in 1993.
