Here’s a fantastic chance to make this 6-bedroom home in the charming Westpark neighborhood of Leadville your own! Originally located in Climax, the home was moved to town in the 1960s. A two-story addition expanded the home in the 1970s. This addition added three more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room, plus a handy laundry room. The family room is warm and inviting, featuring a cozy wood fireplace—just right for those chilly evenings spent watching the snow fall outside. The fenced backyard is a delightful space with mature trees and a shed for all your outdoor toys. Living in Westpark means you’re just a short stroll away from the historic downtown area, where you can explore unique local shops and enjoy some great restaurants. The local grocery store, library, and public transportation are easily accessible on foot. If you’re in the mood for outdoor fun, Ski Cooper is only a ten-minute drive away! Plus, Turquoise Lake and Mt. Massive Golf Course—the highest golf course in North America—are just down the road. Within 50 miles, you can reach the Vail Valley and Summit County, which boast some of the world’s best ski resorts. Don’t let this amazing opportunity pass you by!
