The inclusion of art/community-oriented amenities with courtyard sculpture gardens, further anchors the building’s character in the arts district.
Along with the key architectural design custom features added are: Shoji-style modern interior doors, cabinetry, glass fireplace surround, art niches, tile, lighting, flooring, and custom Juliet balcony rails.
