There is a deck off the front room and kitchen and a covered patio off the two bedrooms on the main floor. There is a patio off the walk-out basement which has two sets of double doors. The well is 1,300 feet deep, and there are water containers in the crawl space that hold over 500 gallons of water that are replenished from the well as they are used. There is an over sized septic system with a capacity of up to 5 bedrooms. Enjoy modern living away from it all!
