A beautiful Conestoga Mountain King cabin on 12 acres of land at the foot of Mt. Blanca. Well, septic and solar already in place! Vandals and thieves have broken and caused some damage, stolen the batteries and personal possessions and generally made a mess, but there is nothing that can’t be easily repaired and cleaned up. This property is being sold ‘as-is’ at a greatly reduced price to help accommodate the needed work. This home is built with care and wonderful craftsmanship and has everything you need to get started on realizing your dream of off-grid living in the gorgeous San Luis Valley.
