I was lovingly chosen by my second owners more than 30 years ago, and from that day forward, I have been cherished and cared for with pride. I’ve been allowed to age gracefully. My bones are strong, solid, and impeccably maintained — a true testament to thoughtful ownership. While a few of my cosmetic features reflect the decades I’ve witnessed, don’t be mistaken… I am full of life and possibility. A thoughtful refresh could easily enhance my timeless foundation, but I am absolutely comfortable and welcoming just as I am today.

I spend my days soaking in beautiful southern exposure from my newer back deck, where the foothills rise just beyond my backyard. They provide a timeless Colorado backdrop — peaceful by day and breathtaking at sunset, when glowing skies settle over rolling mountain silhouettes.

Inside, I have hosted many memorable dinner parties with a roaring fire warming the living room, creating an inviting space for gathering. Step outside, and you’ll find my deck, complete with an awning, which has been the setting for countless barbecues, quiet morning coffees, and long evening conversations as the sun dips behind the hills.

Whether indoors or out, I was designed for connection — anchored by views that never grow old.
I sit quietly at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering a sense of calm, privacy, and reduced traffic that makes daily living feel a little more peaceful.

My community, Ken Caryl Ranch The Valley, is truly something special. Miles of hiking and biking trails weave through the neighborhood and surrounding foothills. There are pools, a clubhouse, pickleball courts, and — perhaps the crown jewel — an equestrian boarding facility with a riding school, with both indoor and outdoor arenas. It’s a lifestyle that blends Colorado’s natural beauty with recreation and connection.
