So many finishes have been upgraded to super-high-end, it’s hard to incorporate in a reasonable amount of words but there’s another surprise around every corner. The kitchen/living area feels like a five-star resort. A bedazzling ensuite with large shower and double quartz vanity is luxury personified. The custom-fitted Murphy bed makes the other 3rd-level bedroom more versatile and a hall bath with shower gives guests or cohabs blissful separation. The views from the rooftop are breath-taking and the little touches: under-deck natural gas lines to both the included grill and fire-pit, expanded decking to create a wrap-around oasis and the rain-barrel water collection system and vegetable-growing area means never running to the store for fresh tomatoes or peppers. Everything here was so well thought-out. It’s a best-of in the greater Denver Downtown.
