Summer of 2015 has been a hot time for real estate in Evergreen. Below are graphs that show recent trends as well as historical data. We’ll see if these trends continue into the Fall.

Homes in Evergreen are spending a bit more time on the market than in other areas of Metro Denver, but are still selling faster than they did in 2014. In August, the average home that sold spent 46.44 days on the market. In July, it was 32.05 days and in June 44.97 days. In May, it took an average of 47.94 days to sell a home in Evergreen.

Homes sold during the summer did so close to their asking price. In May, the average home sold in Evergreen for 99.04% of asking price and in June at 98.48% of asking price. That number stayed almost the same in July at 98.47% and was 98.58% in August.
