Arvada: A Great Place to Call Home

Arvada, Colorado is a friendly community with lots of amenities.  It’s a good place to invest in real estate as a rental property and a great place to make your own home.  Arvada homes for sale are an excellent investment.

Colorado is proud of its natural beauty, which can be enjoyed at Majestic View Park & Nature Center, Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge, or one of the many city parks.  Golfing, fishing, and skiing are popular local activities; there are four golf courses in town and many more in the surround area. There are two farmers’ markets in Arvada, great places to buy local produce and baked goods.

Arvada is close to both Denver International Airport and Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport.  The Denver Regional Transportation District currently serves Arvada with a regional bus route, eight local bus routes, and four express bus routes. A commuter rail line along the old Colorado Central Railroad route is in the planning process and should open by the end of 2015.  State highways SH 72, SH 93, SH 95, and SH 121 go through Arvada, as do Interstates 70 and 76.
