The Principal Team provides our clients with a modern home selling experience and a better alternative to traditional agents.

Sellers frequently pay 6% of their home’s sales price in commissions; about 3% to each agent. Some sellers pay even more! When you sell with The Principal Team, you pay our team a 1% commission plus a commission to the buyer’s agent. Most often, our clients offer the buyer’s agent between 2.5% to 3%, for a total commission of 3.5% to 4% of the sales price.

There are no hidden fees. Ever. We don’t charge random “administrative” fees or fees for photography and the marketing we do to attract buyers. You pay us a 1% commission and a commission to the buyer’s agent.

The average home sold by The Principal Team sold for $247.35 per square foot. That’s more than $15,000 more money on an 1,800-square-foot home! During 2021, the typical home that sold in our MLS spent 18 days listed in the MLS. The homes sold by The Principal Team spent an average of just 6.25 days in the MLS.
